The Event Network Australia (ABN 86 048 437 007) (“we”) publishes the Bulk Transcript Exporter for Avoma browser extension.
What the extension handles: your Avoma API key, and your Avoma meeting metadata and transcripts.
Where it goes: your key is sent only to api.avoma.com to authenticate your own requests. Transcripts are downloaded from Avoma, assembled into a ZIP file in your browser, and saved to your computer. None of this data is sent to us or any third party.
Storage: if you tick “Remember key”, the key is stored in your browser’s local extension storage on that device only. Untick it or remove the extension to delete it.
Payments: if you buy the full version, payment is processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe, who receive your email and payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive your email and purchase status only, to unlock the paid features.
No analytics, tracking, advertising or sale of data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy (Limited Use).
