Before you start

Is this right for your event?

Who is the kit designed for?

Organisers of a one-day charity or community fundraiser coordinating around 10–30 adult volunteers. It is designed to help you allocate roles, plan shifts and prepare a clear briefing.

What software do I need?

You need a computer that can unzip a ZIP file, open Excel (.xlsx) and Word (.docx) files, and a form-capable PDF reader to fill and save the working PDFs. Download a copy before typing, then save, reopen and check your entries. Use Word for longer answers. Review layout and formulas if you import the files into another app.

Does it include Google Sheets or Google Forms links?

No. This edition contains downloadable files. The registration and induction question banks help you build your own forms; ready-made hosted or copyable Google Forms are not included.

Is it an app or a subscription?

This is a one-off digital template pack. You work in the downloaded files and print or share relevant pages with your team. There is no volunteer-management app or subscription in this offer.

Does the kit replace an event safety plan?

No. The safety documents are starting points for competent organiser review and integration into the event-specific Safety Management Plan. You remain responsible for suitable tasks, supervision, venue requirements and the event’s emergency arrangements.

Does it include someone to run my event?

No. This is a self-service kit. Event management, volunteer recruitment, onsite support and a completed-for-you service are not included.

Can I buy it now?

Yes. The kit is available for a one-off payment of A$49 including GST. Use the Get the kit link above and read the licence, refunds and support terms before ordering.
